Order Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 48 hours without providing a reason. To request a cancellation, please notify us within 48 hours via email at hello@youthing.co.uk. If your order has already been dispatched, it will be subject to our returns policy.

Returns

You are entitled to return goods within 14 days if they are damaged or faulty upon arrival. To be eligible for a return, the goods must meet the following conditions:

• The goods must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

• You must notify us of the issue and request a return by emailing hello@youthing.co.uk within 14 days of receipt.

• The goods must be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us of your return request.

• Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  

We reserve the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods and confirm that they meet the return conditions, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

Non-Returnable Goods

The following items cannot be returned:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

• Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed and/or used after delivery.

• Goods that are, by nature, inseparably mixed with other products after delivery.

Returning Goods

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds will not be issued until the returned goods are received and inspected.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.
